Purpose and content

fastvps.gr presents hosting, VPS, dedicated server, managed email, monitoring, backup and related technical services. General content is informational and does not by itself constitute a binding offer, SLA, availability warranty or technical commitment.

Each project or service is finalised through a written proposal, order or agreement defining scope, resources, prerequisites, price, taxes, duration, support, backups, response times and any SLA. If terms differ, the specifically agreed terms prevail.

Indicative pricing

VPS, hosting and mail generators

The cost generators provide indicative prices based on your selections and the current commercial logic shown on the page. They do not reserve capacity, an IP address, a domain, a software licence, an activation date or a final price.

The final proposal may change after technical review, resource availability, migration requirements, licensing, VAT or other taxes, specific security requirements and additional services. Sending a generated result through the form is a request for contact, not an automatic order.

Process

Requests, accounts and services

• Accurate details: users must provide correct contact details and enough technical information.
• Acceptance: a request is not accepted until scope, cost and availability are confirmed in writing.
• Access: passwords, API keys and administrative credentials must not be placed in the public contact form. If required, they are exchanged only through an agreed secure channel.
• Customer responsibility: customers keep access details secure and report suspected use or incidents without delay.
• Backup and SLA: apply only at the level, frequency, retention and response times expressly stated in the active agreement.

The website and services must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malware, phishing, spam, infringement of rights, attacks against third parties or excessive resource consumption that affects other systems.

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary for security, compliance, protection of infrastructure or handling an urgent incident, in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

Dependencies

Third-party providers and external links

Some services depend on data centres, network providers, registrars, software vendors, email services or other platforms. Their terms, limitations and availability may affect the overall service and are described in the relevant proposal where required.

External links are provided for convenience. We do not continuously control the content, policies or availability of every third-party website.

Limits

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to provide accurate content and secure operation, without guaranteeing that the public website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates and changes may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a decision based solely on general content or an indicative calculation instead of an approved technical proposal. Liability relating to a specific professional service is governed by its agreed terms and mandatory provisions of law.

Intellectual property, changes and law

Original content, design and code are protected by applicable law. Material reproduction or commercial reuse is not permitted without authorisation.

These terms may change; the date of the current version appears at the top. Greek law applies, and jurisdiction is determined by the applicable rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights where relevant.
