Express action
Button and acceptances
In any future automated checkout, the final action will use clear wording such as “Order with obligation to pay”. Before it is enabled, the customer must confirm that they:
- reviewed the final configuration and total amount,
- accept the Service Terms, AUP and renewal/refund policy,
- understand whether the service is self-managed and whether backup is included,
- read the Privacy Notice.
Consumers
Withdrawal rights
Where the customer is a consumer and distance-contract law applies, a 14-day withdrawal period generally applies. If the customer expressly asks for service to begin during that period and later withdraws, a proportionate amount may be payable for service supplied before notice.
Loss of the right of withdrawal is not presumed and is not imposed through a blanket waiver. It applies only where legal conditions, information and express consent requirements are met. Rights relating to defective or non-conforming service remain unaffected.
Record
Confirmation and invoice
After acceptance, the order summary, accepted terms version and payment status are sent electronically. The tax document is issued using verified billing details and transmitted as required by the applicable framework.
The customer must promptly check legal name, address, VAT ID and billing email. Corrections after issuance are possible only to the extent permitted by accounting and tax rules.
