Set up email in Outlook

1. Find your service settings

   Open Service subscriptions → your email service. Have the full address, mailbox password and the service’s IMAP/SMTP hostnames ready. The panel password may be different.

2. Add an account

   In new Outlook, open Settings → Accounts → Your accounts → Add account. In classic Outlook, use File → Add account. If automatic setup fails, select manual IMAP configuration.

3. Check receiving and sending

   Use the exact assigned hostnames. Where supported by your service: IMAP 993 with SSL/TLS and SMTP 587 with STARTTLS. SMTP requires authentication with the full email address. Do not accept a certificate warning.

4. Test the account

   Send a test message to a second account you control and reply. Check Inbox, Sent and Junk folders.
