Mailbox size, delivery and recovery are separate concerns.
Plans range from 5 GB to 80 GB per mailbox. The exact price, backup charge and migration effort are shown before activation.
We configure the agreed mail DNS records and validate transport security. No provider can guarantee delivery to every recipient, but authentication, reputation signals and queue monitoring can be operated correctly.

Prepare and sync
Mailboxes and DNS are created, then the initial data copy is verified.

A final sync is followed by MX, TLS, SMTP, IMAPS and client checks.

Is off-server backup included?
It is priced explicitly. Where it is not included in the selected mailbox plan, the current indicative backup charge is €6 per month, excluding VAT.
How much does migration cost?
The current indicative starting charge is €50 excluding VAT, subject to mailbox count, size and source-server access.
Can you guarantee that no message is ever classified as spam?
No. Delivery decisions belong to receiving systems. We can configure authentication correctly, monitor queues and investigate evidence.
